Shake ‘em Buns, the Southern American burger shop have been serving up some of the best-loved homemade burgers in Hong Kong since the original shop back in 2006. Finally, that yumminess was brought to internationally to Da Nang, Vietnam!
Tim Lau, the mastermind behind some of Hong Kong’s hottest foodie destinations such as: Moonshine, Po Boys & Com Banh Mi, has loved every minute of the last 15 years with Shake ‘em Buns – perfecting and specializing the burgers.
Each burger on the menu is loaded with a host of different ingredients ranging from the usual suspects of – cheese, tomatoes and onions, to the less used – pineapple and green peppers.
