Almost everything you see around you at this pizza restaurant in Hanoi has a story. How it began is no different. This is a true story.
Once upon a time a guy from England and a girl from Vietnam met and fell in love. They got married and went on a honeymoon to New York. While they were there they came across a small store selling pizza slices and they were the most delicious pizza’s they had ever tasted.
When back in Hanoi the couple wished they could eat that pizza again, but it seemed impossible. Then the Vietnamese girl suggested to the English guy that they could open their own NYC pizza shop in Hanoi. So… they decided to go back to New York to try and discover the secrets of New York City pizza.
Their pizza quest took them all over the city, even walking miles in snow storms to try the best slices the Big Apple has to offer. They even managed to get tips and tricks of pizza making from some of the most famous pizzaiolo’s in New York. That pizza quest and lots of hard work after has helped make the slices that they make today.
