In 1980, The first Banh Mi 362 opened at the address 362 Bach Dang street, Binh Thanh District by my grandmother. 39 years ago, there was a grandmother who carefully put inside the bread every slice of melon, slices of chili, pieces of meat, and cilantro.

39 years later, Banh mi 362 retains the original value of our grandmother: Warm, fragrant smell of the stove and crunchy in the crust, soft and dense inside and must be clamped with the same fresh ingredients.
As the family’s bakery, Banh mi 362 still uses the traditional recipe and creates many more recipes. Until date, Banh mi 362 has 15 different types of bread, from meat loaf to vegetarian bread, to share the taste of the old bread with the world.
For 39 years, Banh mi 362 still holds that spirit: A quick but great dish in every stage of preparation – just like how grandmother made a loaf of bread the day before, not only to sell to guests, but also for her own family.
